Our client is a well-established international industrial manufacturer, operating across multiple markets in Europe, is seeking a motivated and responsible Area Sales Manager to join its expanding Marketing & Sales Department. The company is a major producer of high-quality building and interior materials and is committed to innovation, strong customer partnerships, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients within the assigned region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
Conduct regular customer visits and provide professional product presentations
Organize, execute, and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and service excellence
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics, preparing detailed and accurate reports
Support marketing initiatives, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s long-term commercial strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles, ideally within the building materials, construction, or industrial products sectors.
Native Greek and Good command of English (written & spoken)
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an asset)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational approach with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities
Based in Thessaloniki or willing to relocate
Willingness to travel regularly to the Athens area on a periodic basis
