Do you offer a replacement guarantee if a hire doesn’t work out?Yes, we offer a two-month replacement guarantee. If the candidate resigns or the client discontinues employment within this period, we provide a one-time, no-cost replacement service, provided the service fee has been paid on time. However,CONEXUS is not liable for resignations resulting from the client’s failure to fulfill employer obligations, changes in agreed recruitment terms, labor cuts, dismissals, or any legal grounds as defined by the Labour Code.
