Regional Representative - Agriculture - Azerbaijan

With a well-established international presence, the company plays a key role in supporting food production and environmental solutions worldwide.

They are now looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Representative to drive growth and strengthen their presence in Azerbaijan.

In this role, you’ll work directly with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders to deliver our client`s full crop nutrition portfolio, helping shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

About the Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Representative to support the company’s growth and strengthen its market presence across Azerbaijan. The successful candidate will work closely with farmers, distributors, and key agricultural stakeholders to promote a comprehensive crop nutrition portfolio and provide technical and commercial support within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, growers, and agricultural stakeholders.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence within the region.

• Promote crop nutrition solutions and fertilizer products to customers and partners.

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate field trials and on-farm demonstrations.

• Develop and implement regional sales plans and customer offers.

• Monitor product storage, quality, and inventory management at distributor locations.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, field days, and promotional events.

• Support marketing initiatives and promote digital and agronomic service solutions.

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support commercial strategy development.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of the local agricultural market in Azerbaijan.

• Previous experience within agriculture, crop nutrition, fertilizer, or agribusiness sectors preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience using CRM systems is considered advantageous.

• Comfortable using mobile applications and digital tools to support field activities and productivity.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driving licence required.

• Fluent in Azeri and Russian; English language skills are preferred.
