JOB SUMMARY:


The FP&A Business Partner will support financial planning and analysis within a Shared Service Centre, primarily for Turkey and Israel. The role involves compiling and analysing financial information, developing integrated revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, and reports. Reporting to the Senior Regional FP&A Manager in Istanbul, the FP&A BP will act as a strategic partner across multiple functions.




RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Serve as a financial business partner for all business lines in the TRIS region (Turkiye & Israel), overseeing budgeting, forecasting, best estimate updates, and month-end closing cycles.

  • Analyze regional business performance, identifying key variances, drivers, and action plans, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Consolidate regional operating plans and forecasts across the Turkiye Cluster (Turkiye, Israel, Ukraine and Baltics), in line with corporate requirements.

  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI tracking tools to enhance forecast accuracy and decision-making.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

  • Manage headcount and payroll reporting, liaising between HR and outsourced payroll providers.

  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting, and analysis processes.

  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.

  • Contribute to strategic and long-term business plans, including preparation, submissions, and communication with business partners.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, HR, Logistics, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams to support business decisions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with international finance teams and senior management.



REQUIREMENTS


  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and Power BI is a plus.

  • Knowledge of cash application software and accounting systems is an advantage.

  • Highly detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; energetic and proactive.
