Position Overview:


Our client is a leading industrial organization in Saudi Arabia, operating within a highly regulated and dynamic environment, supported by robust corporate governance. The company prioritizes strategic planning, executive decision-making, and effective coordination across internal functions and external stakeholders.


The Executive Officer to the President & CEO is a senior strategic partner to the President & CEO, acting as the “eyes and ears” of the office. This executive role drives high-level strategy, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives.


This is not an administrative role. It is designed for a senior, strategic professional, ideally with petrochemical or industrial sector experience, who thrives in complex corporate environments and has a proven track record of working closely with C-level executives.


Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning & Execution


  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects across the President & CEO Office.

  • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, business priorities, and initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on critical business decisions, providing insight and recommendations to the President & CEO.


Work Coordination & Performance Oversight


  • Oversee the execution of key initiatives and monitor progress against strategic objectives.

  • Ensure all projects and programs under the CEO’s office are implemented efficiently and in line with business priorities.


Reporting & Analysis


  • Lead preparation of corporate reports, business plans, and performance dashboards.

  • Facilitate executive decision-making through comprehensive analysis and timely reporting.


Stakeholder Engagement & Representation


  • Represent the President & CEO in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, industry associations, and partners.

  • Coordinate and manage corporate governance processes, including Board and committee meetings.


Office Leadership & Governance


  • Lead and develop the President & CEO Office team, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to corporate policies.

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence in all office activities.


Requirements:


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree or MBA from a recognized global institution is highly desirable.


Experience:


  • 8–12+ years of senior-level experience in executive support, corporate strategy, or office management.

  • Proven experience working closely with C-level executives, preferably in the petrochemical, industrial, or energy sectors.

  • Track record in strategic planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Exceptional strategic thinking and organizational skills.

  • Strong leadership, people management, and team development capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

  • High discretion, integrity, and ability to manage sensitive information.

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments.


Technical Proficiency:


Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with executive reporting and project management tools.
