About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Country Manager to lead and expand our operations in the Middle East or Turkey. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the building materials sector, with a strong commercial background and proven success in managing business growth, distribution networks, and key customer relationships across the region.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the company’s market presence, achieving strategic objectives, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.

• Lead commercial, operational, and marketing activities across the assigned geography.

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with distributors, architects, designers, and contractors.

• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and corporate governance standards.

• Drive operational excellence through efficient supply chain, pricing, and customer service management.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to local teams, fostering a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in building materials, interior finishes, or related sectors.

• Proven track record of P&L management and business development in the Middle East or Turkey.

• Strong network within the construction, design, and contracting community.

• Demonstrated success in establishing brands and driving market expansion.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
