Our client is a leading international manufacturer of radiopharmaceutical products, delivering high-quality therapeutic solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of life-threatening diseases. They are seeking a motivated and responsible Cost Controller Executive to lead and manage all cost-related activities across the organization. This role is critical for ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
This role is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. During the first 2 months, the candidate is required to work onsite at the Gebze and Kavacik locations.
The successful candidate will provide deep cost insights, profitability analyses, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at all levels. You will play a key role in driving cost optimization, leading improvement projects, and supporting digitalization and automation initiatives across finance and operations.
Candidates with strong experience in SAP CO/MM, manufacturing cost management, and process enhancement will thrive in this role. They will also support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) projects and ad hoc financial analyses.
Key Responsibilities
Execute month-end and year-end cost closing processes in SAP (CO & FI modules).
Prepare, analyze, and monitor production cost budgets, identifying variances and proposing actions.
Deliver detailed cost analysis and profitability reports by product, customer, and business segment.
Conduct regular budget reviews and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Prepare ad hoc cost and management reports to support strategic decisions.
Monitor and analyze maintenance costs on an order basis, ensuring accurate accounting entries.
Control and validate all SAP MM transactions, ensuring proper account assignments.
Play an active role in SAP implementation, development, and enhancement projects, especially those related to costing and controlling.
Oversee inventory management, stock aging analysis, and correction of transactional errors.
Support key company-wide initiatives such as Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability projects.
Contribute to investment decisions through feasibility studies, ROI calculations, and project monitoring.
Lead and support process improvement and automation initiatives to strengthen financial planning and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
6–10 years of experience in cost controlling, management accounting, or financial planning in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Strong command of SAP CO and MM modules; experience with SAP implementation or system setup is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a high-quality reporting mindset.
Good understanding of IFRS reporting, KPI tracking, cost allocation methods, and variance analysis.
Very good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong project management skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
