Our client is a leading industrial organization based in Saudi Arabia, operating within a complex, regulated environment and supported by a strong corporate governance structure. The company places high importance on strategic planning, executive support, and effective coordination across internal functions and external stakeholders to ensure the successful achievement of its business objectives.
The Assistant to the President & CEO provides high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support to the President & CEO. The role ensures effective coordination of corporate strategy, governance processes, office management, and stakeholder engagement, contributing directly to the achievement of the Company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Coordinate and facilitate the Company’s strategic planning processes.
Support alignment between corporate strategy, business priorities, and initiatives led by the President & CEO Office.
Work Coordination
Ensure all activities and programs related to the President & CEO Office are implemented in line with the Company’s human resources strategy.
Monitor progress and follow up on action items to support business objectives.
Reporting and Work Scheduling
Lead the preparation of budgets, business plans, and accountability reports based on corporate strategy and priorities.
Coordinate reporting cycles, timelines, and work schedules for the President & CEO Office.
Office Administration
Review and support the development of general administration policies and procedures.
Ensure administrative processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
External Relations
Represent the Company in interactions with external stakeholders, including industry associations and relevant institutions.
Coordinate matters related to contracts, procurement, and government relations, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and industry standards.
Office Management
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff within the President & CEO Office.
Ensure consistent implementation of office strategies and established guidelines.
Governance & Committees
Coordinate the preparation, execution, and follow-up of Company Board Meetings and other committees chaired by the President & CEO.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in executive support, strategy, corporate governance, or senior office management roles.
Proven experience working closely with C-level executives or senior leadership.
Experience in budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
