As they continue to expand their presence in the U.S. healthcare sector, they are seeking an experienced AI Client Partner to drive strategic account growth, shape AI opportunities, and strengthen executive-level client relationships.
The Opportunity
This is a highly client-facing role responsible for growing an existing healthcare account through strategic business development, executive stakeholder management, and AI/GenAI solution consulting. Working closely with consulting, delivery, AI research, and capability teams across the U.S. and India, you will identify new opportunities, shape AI transformation roadmaps, and convert innovation into long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth & Client Relationship Management
Own the commercial growth of a strategic healthcare account, delivering agreed revenue and margin targets.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Director and Vice President-level stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business strategy, operating model, value chain, and industry challenges to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure continuous executive engagement by demonstrating the value of the company's AI ecosystem, regardless of current project activity.
Monitor the impact of previous engagements, identify evolving business needs, and translate insights into future account strategies.
AI & Generative AI Business Development
Identify business challenges that can be solved using AI and Generative AI technologies.
Develop compelling AI use cases aligned with client priorities and business objectives.
Build business cases using market insights, Proof of Concepts (POCs), existing analytics, software partner capabilities, and emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with consulting, engineering, delivery, and AI research teams to design innovative AI solutions incorporating services, accelerators, and products.
Present strategic AI transformation roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Solution Development & Commercial Leadership
Lead proposal development tailored to client business requirements and technical environments, including cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, security, and enterprise architecture.
Structure innovative commercial models, including subscription-based and outcome-driven pricing strategies.
Partner with Finance and Capability Leaders to create commercially compelling proposals.
Influence procurement and commercial stakeholders through value-based pricing, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), adoption metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with consulting and delivery teams in India to develop winning proposals and ensure successful delivery of Proof of Concepts and pilot projects.
Help transition successful pilots into scalable enterprise solutions with long-term adoption roadmaps.
Represent the company's broader portfolio across Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Design, and Behavioral Sciences.
Technical Knowledge
Successful candidates should possess a solid understanding of modern AI technologies and be able to translate technical concepts into business value.
This includes:
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, including autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with enterprise AI cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
Working knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain and modern AI application architectures.
Ability to communicate technical concepts—including APIs, integrations, cloud services, and data pipelines—to executive business stakeholders.
Qualifications
10–18 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Account Management, Client Partner, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales within Consulting, AI, Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
Demonstrated success in growing strategic enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding commercial targets.
Strong experience engaging Director and VP-level stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
Experience selling or consulting around AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Cloud Technologies, or Digital Transformation solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Comfortable working independently at client sites while collaborating with geographically distributed teams across the U.S., Europe, and India.
Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
